WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the technical company. Under your leadership, you will work on project intake and quotations, manage ongoing projects, and establish a clear structure optimisation of internal processes. You are the point of contact for the company and you pay a lot of attention to communication. Under your leadership, everyone knows what the company stands for and what is expected of them. You are responsible for the daily planning of both your direct colleagues and subcontractors. In this way, you ensure peace and stability within the organisation.
WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?
At Wagenaar Refrigeration, you will join a young and fresh team with a strong focus in the refrigeration/heat pump technical field. The company is located at the WFO of Zwaagdijk-Oost. Wagenaar Refrigeration Refrigeration has made a name and impact in the tulip sector with the DRY+ Climate. The DRY+ Climate is an all-electric climate/dehumidification machine deployed in plant cultivation areas. The system brings the customer energy savings, direct CO2 reduction and quality improvement to the crop. In 1.5 years, 35 DRY+ installations have been installed and we are now achieving gas savings of 1 million cubic metres per year.
Wagenaar Refrigeration’s DRY+ Climate is the future of sustainability in cultivation. Due to the high efficiency and practical applicability of the DRY+ Climate, demand for our products is increasing worldwide. Growers from various sectors at home and abroad are looking for ways to make cultivation more sustainable and efficient, and are discovering the advantages of the DRY+ Climate. They turn to Wagenaar Refrigeration for a suitable sustainable solution. Wagenaar Refrigeration is responsible for engineering the DRY+ installation. But also for developing, servicing the built-in heat pumps. At Wagenaar Refrigeration, you stand at the foot of a growing company and your contribution has a real addition in the developing company structure.
The organisation is an open structure where people interact with each other with a down-to-earth manner and no-nonsense atmosphere. The team currently consists of about 2 office employees. It collaborates with the installation company Wagenaarkoeltechniek with 1 office employee and 3 mechanics.
